Correct eventView names
As mentioned in ATR-24778 we are resolving the issue of missing HLT_TopoCaloClustersRoIs entries in histograms by correcting eventView names where HLT_TopoCaloClustersRoIs are being produced.
ps. this MR had a part related to switching cached views back now that part is migrated to !49681 (closed)
