ATR-24283 : add monGroups for MET chains, add missing/correct wrong monGroups for egamma and tau chains

  • keep only the most inclusive monGroup for HLT_tau180_mediumRNN_tracktwoLLP_L1eTAU140, tagging @gipezzul @iriu
