LAr energy encoding/decoding applied accordingly

Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:encoding_LAr_energies_v02 into master

This MR is meant to reorder the LAr energy digitisation step in the correct place. It was done at SC level and not at trigger tower level.

  • There are no changes on the energy plots before and after this MR: see jFEX Validation
