Add tracks, topoclusters and vertex histograms to TrigMetMonitoring

(1) Change the default chains in TrigMETMonitorAlgorithm.cxx to the ones in Physics_pp_run3_v1.py. (2) In python, change chain specific monitoring chain from HLT_xe65_cell_L1XE50 to HLT_xe80_cell_xe115_tcpufit_L1XE50. (3) Change HLTChain01 etc to HLTChainA etc. (4) Add mu plot. (5) Add topocluster and track plots to Expert.
