Remove override for TRT RNN tag in DB
The forced override of the TRT NN has to go since it messes with using the latest tag from the conditions. On the other hand this can be a problem for running legacy conditions tags, since they do not have this folder available. Suggestions on how to solve this correctly are welcome.
