MuonTruthAlgs - Preparations to run them on LRT & guard against recoLink ambiguity

Hi this MR includes the following changes:

  • Minor C++ styling of DetailedMuonPatternTruthBuilder, MuonDecayTruthTrajectoryBuilder, MuonTruthDecorationAlg
  • the MuonRecoLink, which points from the truth muon to the reco one had some ambiguity if MuidSA / CaloTag / Commissioning / Combined muons were overlapping. A robust scheme to resolve these ambiguities is now added based on the importance of the reco author.
  • Prepare the code to have truth -> reco decorations for LRT track particles.
