NSW Trigger Simulation - Merging MM RDO
Merging MM RDO in the global NSW one. Copy constructors have been implemented in the corresponding NSW data packages, to make the process easier.
The phi-res bit is now set for sTGC, to help discriminating sTGC from MM, as according to TP conventions: The phi-resolution flag when set, indicates that the segment is from the sTGC, whose phi-resolution is one bit less than the MM (@masato)
