Split CaloClusterContainer for PrecisionCalo Electron and Photon Sequences
This MR is to fix the peak of events that appeared below the threshold, in the photon chains. The main changes in this MR are related to the split of the CaloCluster container, here implemented one for electrons and another for photons in the HLT PrecisionCalo step.
