Update testIsolationSelectionTool executable for rel. 22

Hi,

This MR is to update the executable (testIsolationSelectionTool) to run local tests of the Iso-WP selection on (D)xAODs for Rel. 22. It is mostly equivalent to the Rel. 21 MR here, but with some parts removed which don't work anymore for the Rel. 22 version of the IsolationSelectionTool.
