A CP Systematics tool for reweighting the heavy flavor (c/b) production fractions in MC. The design of the tool and the physics case were presented at the physics workshop in December 2021: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1079757/timetable/#182-case-study-heavy-flavour-p.
The tool reads config files with MC and world average production fractions from cvmfs: /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/Generators/PMGHF/. This path was created in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLINFR-4436.
In addition to the tool an example algorithm within the CP Algorithms framework is provided. It is used in the GeneratorAlgorithmsTest job.
