Adjusting TrigInDetConfig superJet baseline config (ATR-24312)

The TrigInDecConfig superJet configuration was introduced for super RoI tracking for b-jet preselection in the trigger. We currently observe higher CPU consumption for the roi tracking chain compared to the average fullscan tracking jet chains.

This adjusts the TrigInDecConfig superJet configuration to something that is closer to fullScan, in order to start from a baseline that is closer to the apparently less consumptive FS FTF configuration. Following this baseline shift, further studies to be made with fair and direct comparisons and tweaking of configs.
