Added fragment and README section for Pythia8 hadronization interface

Added a fragment to turn on the new Pythia8 hadronization interface to allow for systematic studies of the hadronisation uncertainties without changing the underlying perturbative physics.

Added a section to the README explaining how to use the interface.
