Updating derivation ART and TCT

This MR updates the data18 and MC input files used for derivation ART (sharedWriter) and TCT using AODs from the R22 reprocessing campaign with release 22.0.41.9 for data and 22.0.41.8 for MC. It also updates the preExec used for the sharedWriter tests with the most recent one. ( ATLASRECTS-6789 ).
