Introduced monitoring groups according to ATR-24283.

Elemer Nagy requested to merge enagy/athena:BjetMonGroupTest0 into master

monGroup = True switches the Run2 Menu Aware Monitoring to monGroups to be used for the Run3 trigger chains. The list of these trigger chains have also been updated, wrt the last list, used presently in Physics Validation. The code has been tested with a recent 2022-02-02T2101 ART AOD test file
