Add charge-flip category for muons in TruthClassification tool

This MR is to add an extra category to the TruthClassification tool to identify muons with mis-identified charge. Similarly to electrons, it works via an extra option of the tool separateChargeFlipMuons (disabled by default) and puts the (prompt) muons with different charges between the reco- and truth-particles into a separate category.
