Remove _content sequence in old JO ControlFlow (ATR-24871)

  • The SequenceXX_content is a seqAND that is probably a remainent from previous developments, and not adding any control on the step processing. So now this Sequences are removed from the CF (the lower the better). Cannot do the same for the newJO where the control flow is still under dev. Related to ATR-24871

  • Also add the dump of the CF tree when running HLT_standalone for just configuration testing
