update InDetV0FinderTool to work with view containers for input tracks

The current implementation in InDetV0FinderTool does not properly form the trackParticleLinks when the input track container is a "view" container (used now in R22 to combine standard and LRT containers for downstream usage). This MR implements this functionality.
