Fixing SC calib line map folder

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_SCCalibCable into master

This is fixing configuration of the calibration line map folder for LAr SC. In addition the initialization of condition keys is changed, looks like in new nightlies one could not initialize inside if() block, some checks are complaining.
