Migration of JETM1 to new jet config

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:master-JETM1-new-config into master

This MR simply migrates the JETM1 derivation format to the new jet config as already previously done for PHYS and PHYSVAL. This should not have an effect on anything else.

Before launching any bigger production, we should however make sure that everything that is needed is in the output and/or if we can reduce the size a bit.
