fix a bug in FTAG1 trackless setup

"btaggingLink" is found missing once "trackless" is on. It is due to a "continue" I used for debugging before. This piece of codes is removed now.

A test derivation is produced here. /afs/cern.ch/user/l/ligang/public/special_flags/trackless_Feb15

I'll mark it ready once @sargyrop confirmed everything is fine for this special setup.
