Draft: PixelChargeCalibCondData exceptions
PixelChargeCalibCondData should really throw if an invalid channel is requested. Keeping as draft as this breaks Run 1 (and also current Run 4) tests.
Note that this class should be reworked a bit, so maybe this MR will never be merged in this shape, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.
