Trigger matching funcitonality in SusyTools to return match

Guillermo Nicolas Hamity requested to merge atlas-phys/exot/ueh/DisplacedTaus/athena:OPEN3GEN-22 into 21.2

Adding functions which allow to return the tau trigger match directly with GetTauTriggerSF and GetTauTriggerMatch. This will make it easier to check and save matching separately for single and ditau triggers in certain situations within FactoryTools. Closes OPEN3GEN-22
