Update properties of ActsSeedingTool to Acts v15.0.1

Update the properties to be used by ActsSeedingTool to be consistent with what is used by Acts v15.0.1. These properties will then be used to configure:

  • SeedFinderConfig
  • SeedFilterConfig (up-to-date with Acts main)
  • SpacePointGridConfig (up-to-date with Acts main)

The SeedFinderConfig struct will require additional updates when we switch the Acts version
