First version of MM Offline DQ Post-processing

With this MR:

  • overview plots filled with the efficiencies of each sector and PCB are inserted
  • remove properties tools and keys from the constructor in the .cxx file
  • remove the x-axis titles for some of the plots as labels are already used and there is an overlap
