This update fixes the L1Calo online monitoring configuration to be compatible with 22.0.54 and was tested in M11 at P1. It fixes several bugs / conflicts introduced by other online reco changes and is a first attempt at modernizing the config flags as discussed in ATR-24589. Note that this update is basically just for posterity as it is planned to start from scratch with a more modern config, so it's unlikely that any significant further developments will happen on the RecExOnline_Partition_Online_L1Calo* files.
I'm marking this as urgent because I would like to get this merged before the M12 release deadline (Feb. 28), just in case the new config development takes longer than anticipated.
