22.0-TSoS_unique_ptr-ActsTrkFitting

Further progress in ATLASRECTS-6384, requiring one of the ACTS converters to return a unique_ptr instead of bare pointer to the track parameters, and subsequent change to clients. A small cleanup of headers in the files I touched was also done.
