Add additional lrt electron supporting chains to indet test

Add additional lrt electron supporting chains (with tag on photon and electron) to LRT electron monitoring:

  • HLT_e26_lhloose_nopix_lrttight_probe_g25_medium_L1EM20VH
  • HLT_e5_lhvloose_nopix_lrtloose_idperf_probe_g25_medium_L1EM20VH
  • HLT_e26_lhtight_ivarloose_e5_lhvloose_nopix_lrtloose_idperf_probe_L1EM22VHI
  • HLT_e26_lhtight_ivarloose_e26_lhloose_nopix_lrttight_probe_L1EM22VHI

Also adding a couple more detailed error messages to help debugging configuration problems that I came across.
