Clean unused dict from chain name from TrigEgamma Code

Fernando Monticelli requested to merge fernando/athena:CleanDictFromChainNameUnused into master

This is to address ATR-24990 and ATR-24985. Indeed dictFromChainName was unused in TrigEgamma code, so here its just removed from both, menu and hypo code.
