Pixel Monitoring: partial split of IBL histograms into 2D and 3D

  • split IBL pixels predominantly 1D histograms into separate sub-histograms for planar and 3D sensors

  • 2D per-module histograms are not affected, as the 2D/3D information can be easily seen on those plots

  • in case of a split the combined histogram is removed

  • this change is required primarily for our offline DQ assessment

  • also some clean-up of the code, e.g. switch to range-based loops and removal of some unused definitions has been done.
