Add first variant of monGroups for BLS triggers to the menu
This MR adds the monGroups (ATR-24283) to the BLS chains. The idea for the group meaning is: bphysMon:shifter - processed by offline monitoring and shown in the web display Shifter folder; bphysMon:t0 - processed by offline monitoring and shown in Expert folder (or not at all); bphysMon:online - produce per-chain monitoring histograms in the HypoTools (not implemented yet); bphysMon:val - mostly low-pT chains to get larger statistics in MC validation jobs.
@lyubushk , @abarton , could you please comment if you have any immediate thoughts. Probably we may need to further adjust this later, according to the prescale strategy established.
