CITest: migrate Run2Data and DAODPHYS tests

Migrate the following tests to CITest for the master branch:

  • RecoRun2Data
  • RecoRun2Data_CAConfig
  • PHYS and PHYSLITE tests running on the output of RecoRun2Data

Also delete some obsolete scripts. After this MR is merged, changes to these tests for the master branch need to be done in the CITest package. Changes to these tests for other branches have to be done as before in TestConfig.
