Import random number services from RngComps

Random number services are living in RngComps since a long time but we used to forward imports from AthenaServices to the new location. Adjust all referencing in the repository to RngComps (1st commit) and remove the workaround form AthenaServices and delete some obsolete job options (2nd commit).
