Online event displays configuration update for M11

Liaoshan Shi requested to merge lshi/athena:ED-M11-updates into master
  • Remove unconditional TrigJiveXML to let doTrigger float
  • Change empty input file setting from an empty string in a list to an empty list
  • Enable egamma/tau
  • Fix jets in collisions
  • check in settings for running with the test partition
  • clean up
