Improve Digitization/Parameters/ and Simulation/Parameters metadata creation in CA-based configuration

Fix for the creation of Digitization/Parameters/ in CA-based configuration should fix the LAr Super Cell differences between old and new-style configuration pile-up digitization jobs seen in ATLASSIM-5546 by setting the value for BeamIntensityPattern correctly.

Small cleanup for SimulatedDetectors entry in Simulation/Parameters/ to make it consistent with the udpated way in which DigitizedDetectors is now set.
