Fixes to TrkSpacePointAnalysis

Paul Gessinger-Befurt requested to merge pagessin/athena:fix/tkspacepointanalysis into 21.9

To make this run out of the box, the postInclude needs to be updated to set up separate algorithm names and the correct source SP collections. The algorithm also currently does not retrieve the SCT_ID from detStore, which this MR fixes.
