update monGroups and ES tag for jet, met, muon, and calib chains

  • remove ES tag for HLT_larpsall_*_EMPTY
  • add ES tag for muon chains (tagging @cdiez and @anventur)
  • change monGroup for MET chains (val->t0) (tagging @khamano)
  • update monGroups and ES tag for jet chains (tagging @cantel and @ayana)
