TrfTestsART: Disable q431 and q221 tests, introduce q442 and q443 PHYS/PHYSLITE tests

Some updates in TrfTestsART:

  • Disable q431 and q221 tests in master and 22.0-mc20 - these tests will be deleted from git in a subsequent MR
  • Introduce q442 and q443 PHYS/PHYSLITE tests instead of the q431/q221 equivalents
  • Minor fixes in test descriptions
