RecExCommon: Drop adding MetaData items defined through convert_metadata_items of MetaReaderPeeker

The list of MetaData items generated by convert_metadata_items of MetaReaderPeeker seems to be ill-defined and cause a number of warning messages in the DAOD production jobs. This MR proposes to drop it.

Locally running test_data18PHYS_PHYSLITE_mp_sharedwriter.sh w/ and w/o the changes herein, meta-diff -m full reports no changes in either DAOD_PHYS or DAOD_PHYSLITE content.

Let me cc @gemmeren @berghaus @jcatmore @calpigia @mrenda so that they can comment.
