MuonConfig: remove unit test references for Mdt tests

Remove the unit test reference files for the Mdt tests. The lines printed contain hex-addresses and hence are always filtered by our post-processing script post.sh. Moreover the MdtIntersectGeometry_test does not even print any lines containing "dead tube".

Also do not install testing scripts and use PRIVATE_WORKING_DIRECTORY.
