In this MR, which should never be merged minimal changes are applied to the InnerDetector/InDetRecTools/InDetVKalVxInJet package for pedagogical reasons. It is used in the context of the ATLAS FTAG tutorial on the use of the Training Dataset Dumper in concert with modified Athena algorithms (held on 17/3/2022).
