Update the cosmics han config for HLTglobal [ATR-25151]

Update of the cosmics han config for the HLT/HLTglobal file, to adapt to the Run 3 histogram names.

Output example: https://atlasdqm.cern.ch/webdisplay/test/2203153/express_express/run_306147/run/HLT/TRHLT/

Caveat: Only the HLT_Muon, HLT_AllChains and HLT_Jets subfolders are filled, so there might be formatting errors in other subfolders.
