DirectIOART: Ignore TriggerFlags error for RDO inputs

Ignore TriggerFlags error for RDO inputs in q221 tests used in test_directioart_athena_recotf_with_rdo_*.sh

This test cannot be updated to q442 yet since there are no suitable and pinned remote RDOs available.
