Develop algorithm to convert InDet clusters into xAOD ones
This MR contains the development of a new algorithm to convert InDet clusters into xAOD ones. The idea is to start checking the behaviour of space point formation based on the new EDM for clusters, and starting working on the work flow related to the use of ACTS components.
The algorithm can be enabled switch to True the configFlag ITk.Tracking.convertInDetClusters, set to False by default.
Moreover, this is a temporary solution before a proper clusterisation algorithm producing xAOD is implemented.
It depends on !51342 (merged).
