Update for ATR-20079 per request of Dan Guest

Dan Guest requested the following updates for ATR-20079:

  • Monitor DL1d instead of DL1 variables
  • Add DIPS pu and pc probabilities to the monitored variables
  • Monitor also (online - offline) PV coordinate differences
