Update L1Topo histograms

Paula Martinez Suarez requested to merge paulama/athena:L1Topo-Run2Hist-20220318 into master
  • Update L1Topo histograms from expert-monitoring.root to use the same binning in legacy and phase-I, to allow comparison between both.

Also in this MR:

  • Remove unused variables from L1Topo TOBs.
  • Update TOB types inside generic TOB.
  • Use Et2 instead of Et in EnergyThreshold algorithm (in agreement with the firmware).
  • Add histograms for jEm TOB (to be filled).
