Enable gFex jets in the L1Topo simulation

Paula Martinez Suarez requested to merge paulama/athena:L1Topo-gFexJets-20220315 into master
  • Create a new input provider for gFex objects gFexInputProvider.
  • Read jet inputs from gFex.
  • Enable the corresponding multiplicity algorithms.
  • Remove hardcoded conversion factors from all input providers.
