AthenaMP: Update exclusion patterns for extracting fds in AthenaMP

As discussed w/ @tsulaia in ATLASRECTS-6901, this MR extends the exclusion list while re-opening fds for the workers in AthenaMP (to clean-up the last remaining WARNINGs). After this MR, the workers will not attempt to re-open confdb2 files (presumably leftover from job configuration) and a few C++ headers. Admittedly, I'm not 100% sure where the latter are coming (ROOT/Cling?) from but dropping them doesn't seem to cause any harm, at least in AthenaMP derivation jobs.
