Adding per-quadruplet segments
Gave to the segment-making tool the capability of accepting (optionally) a second segment collection to be filled with segments from individual wedges (4-layers), for alignment studies. Since this is for testing purposes, it is optimized more for versatility rather than performance. Also, moved some repeated code in a dedicated function.
