CP algs: Better photon support
Better photon support in CP algs. Mainly makes the configuration more flexible and syncs it with how things are done for electrons. Also adding some missing functionality like proper scale factor systematics, crack veto, cleaning and pt selection.
@schaarsc, can you maybe test PHYSLITE that it stays reasonable with the default configuration?
