Fix and update VP1AlgsEventProd, for single-event ESD production for VP1

This MR fixes the cleaning of the temporary files created by the OuptStreamSequencerSvc after having been copied to single-event ESD files featuring a more informative filename (run number, event number, timestamp, ...).

The single-event ESDs are used, for example, in the context of the Online event displays machinery at P1, and for the batch production of 3D event displays by VP1 itself.

The changes in this MR have been successfully tested by @lshi, together with the changes introduced to the OutputStraemSequencerSvcitself within https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATEAM-820, in the OnlineEventDisplay partition at P1.
